The frying pans from the METALLIC series of BERLINGER HAUS are made of high-quality solid aluminum, internally coated with a triple layer of granite, which has a very high hardness coefficient. The external coating is available in many color variations with a distinctive metallic sheen. These cookware pieces feature ergonomic SOFT TOUCH handles (silicone handle) and are suitable for all heat sources: gas, electric, ceramic, halogen, and induction.

The granite coating is a Teflon coating enriched with granite powder, which provides greater hardness. It is harder than Teflon but retains its advantages: it doesn’t burn, distributes heat well. The combination of aluminum construction and ferromagnetic base allows for use on induction cooktops as well as all other types of cooktops, utilizing the best thermal properties of cast and forged aluminum.
