The BLACKplus line by Risoli is made from 6mm thick cast aluminum and features the new generation El Diamant coating, which guarantees unprecedented scratch resistance along with exceptional non-stick properties.

The El Diamant coating, made from mineral particles combined with the properties of cast aluminum, ensures extremely healthy cooking without the use of fat at low or medium temperatures so that food retains its nutritional values.

It features a riveted handle made of 18/10 stainless steel.

Care and usage instructions:

  • Before using the cookware, wash it with hot water, liquid soap, and a soft sponge.
  • Completely dry it and coat it with butter or oil.
  • Do not heat the cookware while empty, and do not leave it on the fire when it is empty or without contents.

Cast aluminum is a very good heat conductor, and continuous overheating could damage the coating.
