I bought this product in December and when we opened it, the burner was broken. We sent an email to the company asking them to replace it and they never replied. So I am giving 1 star because I find it unacceptable that they simply ignored the customer. In the end, we got another burner and we are using the product normally.
Αγορασα αυτο το προϊόν τον Δεκέμβριο και οταν το ανοίξαμε, το φλογιστρο ηταν χαλασμενο. Στειλαμε email στην εταιρεια με σκοπο να μας το αντικαταστησει και δεν απαντησαν ποτε. Βαζω λοιπόν 1 αστερι γιατι θεωρω απαραδεκτο το γεγονός οτι αγνοησαν απλα τον πελατη. Τελικα πηραμε ενα αλλο φλογιστρο και χρησιμοποιούμε κανονικα το προϊόν.
