The Hendi 1.0 reverse osmosis filter enables the acquisition of chemically pure water, with approximately 95% purification. This pure water is used in professional catering equipment, prolonging their lifespan and leaving no residues on dishes or glassware. The device is extremely easy to operate, as the membrane is already installed, and the compact design includes an integrated thread for pre-filter connection. The filter is intended for use with catering equipment (not necessarily for drinking water due to taste after purification). The membrane only allows the passage of water molecules, with pores measuring 0.0001 micrometers in diameter. The device is equipped with a pre-filter cartridge that contains activated carbon and a final sediment cartridge. The cartridges can also be purchased separately: pre-filter (code 238066), final (code: 238059).
