I tried many products for people with disabilities, many children's cups, and many bottles. This was the most suitable and now he drinks much more than before - 300ml each time! This specific silicone spout is very convenient. (the cups for children are only 240ml, the cup is wide and the spout is hard, after 100ml, the cup hits the nose, while with the 300ml bottle which is narrower helps, but the spout is what is convenient compared to all the spouts/bottles I tried).
