REFALGIN is a medical device in syrup form, suitable for managing gastroesophageal reflux in newborns, infants, children and adolescents. The bottle contains 150 ml of syrup and a measuring spoon.

Composition:

• Magnesium alginate
• Simethicone
• Xanthan gum
• Banana flavouring
• Sodium methyl 4-hydroxybenzoate
• Sodium propyl 4-hydroxybenzoate
• Citric acid
• Fructose
• Water

Indications: Used to reduce symptoms such as oesophagitis, acid reflux, heartburn and nausea.

Dosage: The syrup should be taken after meals, with doses varying according to age group:

• Newborns weighing up to 5 kg: 2.5 ml up to 3 times a day.
• Up to 3 years: 5 ml after meals.
• Ages 4 to 12: 5–10 ml after meals.
• Ages 12 and over: 10–15 ml after meals.

Warnings: Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. If you have a sugar intolerance or are taking other medicines, consult a doctor. Keep out of reach of children.
