Complete back training requires many different variations of pulley pulls to properly train the different muscles. The Multi Grip Handle set includes 5 handles with the same concept but different widths to work all angles of the back. They have a special ergonomic position to prevent strain on the wrists and arms and are made of pure steel with a soft rubber coating for greater safety and better grip.

Each handle is made with a steel core inside and then coated with vinyl (providing better grip).
