They open a lot during popping, they don't leave many unpopped kernels (depending on the quality of the corn), they are crispy and fluffy, they are done very quickly. The only issue is the assembly of the plastic cover on the device. Nevertheless, it is a quality construction, European and not Chinese (Made in Poland) that does exactly what it promises. However, the popcorn doesn't scatter around as much as in other machines I know.
I have the impression that it is worth its money, at least compared to two more expensive ones that I have used in friendly homes.
It is quite noisy, but for the 2-3 minutes that each batch needs, it's OK. It cannot make more than 2 consecutive batches without needing to cool down for 10 minutes.
