The Lindy 39374 KVM and data switch extends and enables control of a workstation with two HDMI monitors via an HDBaseT connection over Cat.6 cable. It supports resolutions up to 1920 × 1080 at 60 Hz, as well as audio, USB HID, RS-232 and bidirectional infrared signal transmission between the transmitter and receiver. This allows the computer to be located separately from the monitors and control peripherals.
Audio transmission supports 7.1-channel digital and analogue stereo audio. Infrared allows devices to be controlled from anywhere in the installation, while the serial connection supports input and control devices at the remote console. The connection can be extended up to 100 m using a single Cat.6 cable.
