The Hardened Steel Extruder Gear Assembly is an internal component of the 3D printer's extrusion unit. It consists of a drive gear and an active gear that work together to feed the filament into the hotend.

Made from heavy-duty materials, the hardened steel extruder gear has better printing capability with hard filaments, suitable for mechanical applications, such as PAHT-CF and PET-CF, for long-term performance. In case of wear or blockage due to extended use, the user can replace the extrusion gear system, rather than the entire unit.

Compatible with all Bambu Lab 3D printers, P1P / P1S / X1 Carbon.
