This review is about a variation of the product

Unfortunately, on the first hike, BOTH BROKE!!!!
Unbelievable.. I have had my old batons (telescopic with suspension) for over 10 years. Maybe some of them have bent a little, but I always managed to hike with them. These broke on a simple hike without any particular strain! I took them back to the store where I bought them, and at first, they thought that not a single plastic, unacceptable component that holds the entire baton had fallen off, but they noticed that both had broken at the same spot.. (of course, in Greece, replacement is not an option and it's the manufacturer's fault... no hope, typical 90s logic)...
They are very lightweight, probably made of aluminum (but aluminum breaks), they fold and become very small indeed, although it takes some getting used to to "set them up."

They are truly of the same quality and almost the same system (a metal pseudo-groove holds all your weight) as the ones sold at Decathlon for 10 euros.. I think they are the worst and most dangerous batons I have ever seen!

Does it have 0 stars? It doesn't. Well, it deserves 0 though...

For their price, they are excellent. Light with durability. Very good mechanism
