For a year now, only vacuuming: it picks up most of the dirt, but it does not replace regular vacuuming if you want the house to be clean. Good mapping, but in 80 sq.m if you want it to work on turbo - maybe it does something better - the battery is not enough.
Εδώ και ένα χρόνο μόνο σκούπισμα: παίρνει τα πολλά, δεν αντικαθιστά το κανονικό σκούπισμα, αν θες να είναι καθαρό το σπίτι. Καλή χαρτογράφηση, αλλά σε 80τ.μ αν θέλεις να δουλέψει στο turbo - μήπως κάνει κάτι καλύτερο - δε φτάνει η μπαταρία.
So far it has turned out very good for us.
On the positive side: We have had it for about a year. It cleans and mops very well. The floor is noticeably cleaner. Personally, I also put a little cleaner in with the water and nothing has happened. It is really impressive how much dirt it picks up. It does great with carpets and the app works perfectly.
On the negative side: If you forget something like a hair tie, string, etc. on the floor, it will get tangled in the wheels and it will take time, strength, and effort to remove it. With obstacles, it has a bit of an issue, so you need to tidy up well or else it gets stuck.
It loses the rotating brush quite easily but this doesn't stop it and it does its job normally.
You need to be a bit careful if you have, for example, a chair with legs parallel to the floor (like the classic Poang from IKEA), as it tries to climb it and gets stuck.
Overall, I will give it 5 stars because we are talking about an economical series. Anyone who wants higher performance may need to go for something more expensive
Μέχρι στιγμή μας έχει βγει πολυ καλη.
Στα θεττικά Την έχουμε κοντά έναν χρόνο. Καθαρίζει και σφουγγαρίζει πολυ καλα. Το πάτωμα το αφήνει αισθητά πιο καθαρο. Εγω προσωπικά βάζω και λίγο καθαριστικό μέσα μαζι με το νερό δεν έχει πάθει τιποτα. Είναι πραγματικά εντυπωσιακό το πόσο βρώμα βγάζει. Με τα χαλιά τα πάει μια χαρά και το app λειτουργεί τέλεια.
Στα αρνητικά: Αν έχεις ξεχάσει στο πάτωμα κάποια κροδέλα, κορδόνι κτλ θα μπλεχτεί στις ρόδες και θα χρειαστεί ώρα δύναμη και κόπο να το βγάλεις
Με εμπόδια κτλ έχει ένα θεματάκι, θέλει να συμμαζέψεις καλα αλλιώς βρίσκεται σε άρνηση.
Χάνει το περιστρεφόμενο σκουπάκι αρκετά εύκολα αλλα αυτό δεν την σταματαει και κάνει την δουλειά της κανονικά.
Θέλει λίγο προσοχη αν έχετε πχ καποια καρκεκλα με πόδια παραλληα στο πάτωμα (πχ την κλασική Poang ΙΚΕΑ) προσπαθεί αν την καβαλήσει και εγκλωβίζεται.
Overall θα βάλω 5 αστέρια γιατι μιλάμε για για μια οικονομική σειρά. Όποιος θέλει υψηλότερες επιδόσεις ισως να πρέπει να παει σε κάτι πιο ακριβό
Very good, I use it every day and it picks up most of the mess. It’s just what I need, it has mapped my house (110 sq.m.) and picks up most of the dirt in about an hour and a half. Just after each cleaning, its bin needs to be cleaned and emptied so it can keep picking up well. Overall, it does a good job and has made daily cleaning much easier for me, because I can do other tasks while it cleans.
Πολύ καλό, το βάζω κάθε μέρα και μαζεύει τα πολλά. Είναι ότι πρέπει, έχει χαρτογραφήσει το σπίτι μου (110τ.μ.) και μαζεύει τα πολλά πολλά σε μιάμιση ώρα περίπου. Απλά μετά από κάθε σκούπισμα θέλει καθάρισμα κι άδειασμα ο κάδος του για να συνεχίσει να μαζεύει καλά. Σε γενικές γραμμές κάνει καλή δουλειά και μου έχει λύσει τα χέρια με το καθημερινό σκούπισμα, γιατί μπορώ και κάνω άλλες δουλειές όσο αυτό καθαρίζει.
The best purchase I have made… if you have pets get it with your eyes closed, it does a very good job with the hair… the mopping it does is not good… for vacuuming, one pass every day is very good

So far it's going well. I liked it for mopping too. I read that I can spray the cloth with a little detergent and the house smells nice. Okay, it doesn't clean stains. It cleans very well, but sometimes it gets stuck... when it has trouble going somewhere, it insists and might get stuck. If you're away from home, it might get blocked. You shouldn't have too many things in the way and it struggles under dining tables and armchairs if it doesn't fit well. Other than that, I'm very satisfied. I got the same one for my mom too!!

Καθαριζει πολυ καλα απλα καμια φορα τρωει κολληματα ..ενω δυσκολευεται να παει καπου επιμενει κ μπορει να κολλησει.
Aν λειπεις δηλ απο το σπιτι μπορει να μπλοκαρει.Δε θελει πολλα πραγματα να υπαρχουν στη μεση και δυσκολευεται κατω απο τραπεζαριες και πολυθρονες αν δε χωραει καλα .

την έχω 1 χρόνο σχεδόν και μπορώ να πω ότι δεν περίμενα να κάνει τόση καλή δουλειά και σε σκούπισμα και σφουγγάρισμα. για τα λεφτά της πραγματικά αξίζει η αγορά. από εκεί και πέρα αν θα ξανά έπαιρνα σκούπα θα έδινα κάτι παραπάνω να αδειάζει μόνη της γιατί η αλήθεια είναι ότι κάθε φορά που θέλεις να κανει το σπίτι θα πρέπει να την έχεις καθαρίσει και υπάρχουν φορές που βιάζεσαι να φύγεις οπότε έχεις και αυτο. επίσης TIP για το σφουγγάρισμα.. πάντα απιονισμένο νερό και εγώ στο πανακι της το ψεκαζα με σπρέι καθαρισμού ώστε να καθαρίζει καλυτερα.
For its price, it's fine. When mopping, it leaves streaks and the floor looks worse than before. I didn't have another one to compare, maybe they all do this. It worked for almost 8 hours and then the battery probably broke, it couldn't charge while it was on its base, which makes it non-functional. I have sent it through the warranty to an authorized service center and I am waiting. For vacuuming it is good, it keeps the house clean, for mopping it does nothing, it's not worth it, whoever wants it for mopping should get other models that have 2 rotating pads for mopping. Δούλεψε σχεδόν 8 ώρες και χάλασε μάλλον η μπαταρία ,δεν μπορούσε να φορτίσει ενώ ήταν στην βάση της,κάτι που την καθιστά μη λειτουργική.Την εχω στείλει μέσω της εγγύησης σε εξουσιοδοτημένο service και περιμένω.Για σκούπισμα είναι καλή κρατά το σπίτι καθαρό,για σφουγγάρισμα δεν κάνει τίποτα δεν αξίζει,όποιος θέλει και για σφουγγάρισμα ας πάρει άλλα μοντέλα που έχουν 2 περιστροφικά μαξιλαράκια για σφουγγάρισμα.Τωρα εάν φτιαχτεί και τριάρι αναμένω να σας δώσω update

You can't really call it smart. After 2 months it stopped mopping. It gets stuck on the same obstacles again and again. It disconnects whenever it wants and I can't remotely make it clean the area. For today's technology, it's money thrown away.

Mopping is average, it doesn't clean tough stains. The truth is I had no illusions when I bought it. I think the mopping it does is more for picking up any dust and whatever was left from vacuuming. 7/10

Σφουγγάρισμα μέτριο, τους σκληρούς λεκέδες δεν τους καθαρίζει. Η αλήθεια είναι πως δεν είχα αυταπάτες όταν την πήρα. Θεωρώ ότι το σφουγγάρισμα που κάνει είναι περισσότερο για να πάρει τυχόν σκόνες και ότι έμεινε από το σκούπισμα. 7/10

The vacuuming it does is very good. Of course, it does not fully replace general cleaning for us, as we have two cats and a newborn. However, for daily use to keep the house clean from hair and dust, it is very good. We have not tried mopping as it only uses water. It climbs easily on carpets without fringes, but on those with fringes it gets tangled, so we don't use it there. Also, be careful with cables and anything that it might pick up and get stuck in its brush.
Το σκούπισμα που κάνει είναι πολύ καλό. Φυσικα δεν αντικαθιστά πλήρως τη γενική για εμάς, καθώς έχουμε δύο γάτες και ένα νεογέννητο. Όμως για καθημερινή χρήση ώστε να κρατάει το σπίτι καθαρό από τρίχες και σκόνη, είναι πολύ καλή. Σφουγγάρισμα δεν έχουμε δοκιμάσει καθώς είναι μόνο με νερό. Σε χαλιά χωρίς κρόσσια ανεβαίνει με ευκολία, σε αυτά με τα κρόσσια μπλέκεται οπότε δεν τη βάζουμε. Επίσης προσοχή σε καλώδια και οτιδήποτε μπορεί να πάρει μαζί της και να κολλήσει στη βούρτσα της.
It's unbelievable but true. It does its job very well. I didn't expect my house to be so dirty. It cleans everything, even under the sofas and under the beds, and it also mops. It's incredibly good. Worth the money.
10.11.2025 today coffee spilled on the floor, I let the vacuum mop, not even a stain was left. I tried it on the carpets too, it collected so much dust I didn't expect, even though the carpets were clean.

10.11.2025 σήμερα χύθηκε καφέ στο πάτωμα, άφησε την σκούπα να σφουγγαρίσαι, δεν έμενε ούτε λεκέ. Δοκίμασε και στα χαλιά είχε μαζέψει τόσο σκόνη που δεν το περίμενα, παρόλο που χαλιά ήτανε κατερισμένα.

The vacuum is excellent in every aspect, I have it scheduled to clean the house only on working days when I am away at work. For those who have a cat, it picks up the litter that falls on the floors and does a good job removing hair from the carpet—some remain, but that's understandable. I keep it on low power so it doesn't bother the cat, but I see that even on medium there is no problem.
Only two things need my attention: every two days I empty the bin due to heavy use, and every morning I pick up the cat's toys that it might suck up and get stuck.

Η σκούπα είναι εξαιρετική από κάθε άποψη, την έχω βάλει σε πρόγραμμα να καθαρίζει το σπίτι μόνο εργάσιμες όταν λείπω στην δουλεία. Για όσους έχουν γάτα, μαζεύει την άμμο που πέφτει στα πατώματα και κάνει καλή δουλεία στο να βγάζει τις τρίχες από το χαλί, μένουν μερικές αλλά αυτό είναι λογικό. Την έχω στην χαμηλή ένταση για να μην ενοχλεί τον γάτο αλλά βλέπω ότι και στην μέτρια δεν υπάρχει θέμα.
Δύο πράγματα μόνο θέλουν την προσοχή μου, κάθε 2 μέρες της αδειάζω τον κάδο λόγο βαριάς χρίσης και κάθε πρωί μαζεύω τα παιχνίδια της γάτας που μπορεί να τα ρουφήξει και να κολλήσει.

It vacuums unexpectedly well and leaves nothing behind, even in the corners. (Of course, it depends on the layout of each house and the furniture) I only lift chairs and the coffee table before each use, making the process easier for faster results and to avoid obstacles that could harm the machine. (On furniture with legs and large gaps between them, it rotates around the legs and leaves nothing behind).
As for mopping, since it doesn't allow for cleaning detergent but only water, it works excellently as a supplement to vacuuming because it uses microfiber cloth, so you will never see dust if you use it in combination. For extra fragrance and shine, it's better to also do a regular mop as a supplement.
For a bachelor and not only, it is the best choice for basic home cleaning.

Σκουπίζει ανέλπιστα καλά και δεν αφήνει τίποτα ακόμα και στις γωνίες. (Φυσικά εξαρτάται η διαρρύθμιση του κάθε σπιτιού και της επίπλωσης) εγώ σηκώνω μόνο καρέκλες και τραπεζάκι πριν την κάθε χρήση και έτσι διευκολύνω την διαδικασία για πιο γρήγορα αποτελέσματα αλλά και για την αποφυγή εμποδίων που μπορεί να στοιχίσουν στο μηχάνημα. (Σε έπιπλα με πόδια και μεγάλα κενά μεταξύ τους περιστρέφεται γύρω από τα πόδια και δεν αφήνει τίποτα).
Για το σφουγγάρισμα και επειδή δεν επιδέχεται καθαριστικό αλλά μόνο νερό, λειτουργεί άριστα επικουρικά στο σκούπισμα λόγω ότι χρησιμοποιείται ύφασμα με μικροΐνες και έτσι δεν θα δεις σκόνη ποτέ αν το δουλέψεις συνδυαστικά. Για έξτρα άρωμα και γυαλάδα καλύτερα να κάνεις επικουρικά ένα κανονικό σφουγγάρισμα.
Για έναν εργένη και όχι μόνο είναι η καλύτερη επιλογή για την βασική καθαριότητα του σπιτιού.

Guys, the first few days require patience. I used it 3-4 times at first to see if it works, and after that, using it every other day does a decent job. Obviously, it's not mopping, it just goes over with water. You can do a round yourself first and then use it afterwards.
Παιδιά, τις πρώτες μέρες χρειάζεται υπομονή. Εγω την έβαλα 3-4 φορές στην αρχή για να πω ότι κάνει δουλειά, απ εκεί και πέρα με χρήση μέρα παρά μέρα κάνει συμπαθητική δουλειά. Σφουγγάρισμα προφανώς όχι, ένα πέρασμα κάνει με νερό. Μπορείτε να κάνετε εσείς πρώτα ένα χέρι και να την βάλετε μετά.
The vacuum cleaner is excellent! When I ordered it, I didn't expect it to do such a good job! It goes through all the spots, gets under beds, tables, and chairs if it fits. For mopping, it doesn't perform miracles, it just freshens up with the water you add! You shouldn't leave anything on the floor so it doesn't block the vacuum. In my case, I had dropped my headphones on the floor without noticing, and the vacuum passed over them and tore them up, but that was my own fault.
Η σκούπα είναι άψογη! Οταν την παράγγειλα δεν περίμενα να κάνει τέτοια δουλειά! Περνάει από όλα τα σημεία, μπαίνει κάτω από κρεβάτια, τραπέζια και καρέκλες αν χωράει. Στο σφουγγάρισμα δεν κάνει θαύματα, κάνει απλά ένα φρεσκάρισμα με το νερό που προσθέτεις! Στο πάτωμα δεν πρέπει να αφήνεις κάτι για να μην εμποδίζει την σκούπα. Στην δικιά μου περίπτωση είχα ρίξει τα ακουστικά μου στο πάτωμα χωρίς να το δω και πέρασε η σκούπα και τα ξέσκισε, αλλά ήταν δικό μου λάθος .
Amazing vacuum cleaner, for mopping you need to turn on the professional mode and it does a better job but don’t expect anything incredible, for mopping go for a higher model, but as a vacuum, it’s perfect.

Edit: Everything went well with the warranty, the S/N is supported (thankfully) by InfoQuest even though it wasn’t distributed by them and the purchase box said "Only For Sale in Poland". I delivered the vacuum to InfoQuest and in 1 week they sent it back to my place at their own expense, repaired, and in the end, the main board & fan & battery were replaced... apparently only the battery needed changing, everything else worked fine but they were probably replaced as a precaution, anyway it works perfectly just like before it suddenly stopped working.
**So 5/5**, if it breaks again I’ll come back and give it a 1 though, whether it’s under warranty or not.
Let’s see if Xiaomi fixed the problem that was excellently resolved by InfoQuest and if indeed new hardware v2 was installed, without defects.
In any case, always ask for the S/N before purchasing and then contact InfoQuest, the battery as well as the whole vacuum have a 2-year warranty by law and by Xiaomi’s policy, because in my case the receipt said the battery warranty is valid for 6 months, something unreasonable and not only that, I would say, InfoQuest itself denied it, it’s just that the seller/store wanted to make sure they were covered in case InfoQuest didn’t cover the vacuum’s S/N, and I say supposedly, because whether it says that or not, consumer rights do not change no matter what they tell you.

Φοβερή σκούπα, για σφουγγάρισμα πρέπει να ανοίξεις την λειτουργία professional και κάνει καλύτερη δουλειά αλλά μην περίμενε τίποτα τρομερό, για σφουγγάρισμα πάτε σε παραπάνω μοντέλο, αλλά σαν σκούπα, είναι άψογη.

Edit: Όλα καλά με την εγγύηση, ο S/N υποστηρίζεται(πάλι καλά) από την InfoQuest παρόλο που δεν είχε γίνει διανομή από αυτούς και στο κουτί αγοράς έγραφε "Only For Sale in Poland".
Παρέδωσα την σκούπα στην InfoQuest και σε 1 εβδομάδα μου την έστειλαν πίσω στο χώρο μου με δικά τους εξοδα επισκευασμένη και τελικά αλλάχτηκε και main board & fan & battery...φαινομενικά μόνο η μπαταρία ήθελε αλλαγή, όλα τα άλλα δούλευαν κανονικά αλλά μάλλον αλλάχτηκαν προληπτικά, πάντως δουλεύει άψογα όπως και πριν σταματήσει να δουλεύει ξαφνικά.
**Άρα 5/5** , αν χαλάσει πάλι θα επιστρέψω και θα βάλω 1 όμως είτε είναι σε εγγύηση είτε όχι.
Για να δούμε εάν η Xiaomi έφτιαξε το πρόβλημα που επιλύθηκε άριστα από την InfoQuest και εάν όντως μπήκε νέο hardware v2, χωρίς ελαττώματα.
Όπως και να έχει να ρωτάτε πριν την αγορά το S/N και έπειτα επικοινωνία με InfoQuest, η μπαταρία όπως και η σκούπα ολόκληρη έχουν εγγύηση 2 χρόνια βάση νόμου αλλά και βάση πολιτικής της Xiaomi, γιατί στην δική μου περίπτωση στην απόδειξη έγραφε ότι ισχύει για 6 μήνες η εγγύηση στην μπαταρία, κάτι δηλαδή παράλογο και όχι μονο θα έλεγα εγώ, η ίδια η InfoQuest το διέψευσε, απλά ήθελε ο πωλητής/κατάστημα να διασφαλίσει και καλά ότι θα είναι καλυμμένος σε περίπτωση που η InfoQuest δεν καλύπτει το S/N της σκούπας, και λέω και καλά, γιατί είτε γράφει κάτι τέτοιο είτε όχι τα δικαιώματα του καταναλωτή δεν αλλάζουν ότι κι αν σας πουν.

It was given to me as a gift and I am very satisfied. You need to spend a little time at first with mapping and figuring out which areas it can go to or not. After that, you program when it will vacuum and mop, and you let it do its thing on its own.
- You can access it from the app and make it clean while you are somewhere else, e.g., while you are at work.
- Its maintenance/cleaning is easy. Just remember to regularly wash the cloth it uses for mopping.
- It is neither silent nor particularly noisy. Also, its voice volume can be adjusted.
- When it comes to mopping, it's not the best, meaning you may need to go over some spots yourself again.
- If you change the location of the charging station, it needs to remap again.
I don't know yet how it does with carpets, I will come back to update.
Μου την έφεραν δώρο και είμαι πολύ ικανοποιημένος. Πρέπει να ασχοληθείς λίγο στην αρχή με τη χαρτογράφηση και σε ποιους χώρους μπορεί να πάει ή όχι. Από εκεί και πέρα την προγραμματίζεις ποτέ θα σκουπίσει και θα σφουγγαρίσει και την αφήνεις να κάνει παιχνίδι μόνη της.
- Μπορείς να μπεις από την εφαρμογή και να την βάλεις να καθαρίσει όσο είσαι κάπου αλλού πχ όσο είσαι στη δουλειά.
- Η συντήρηση / καθαριότητα της είναι εύκολη. Μόνο να θυμηθείτε να πλένετε τακτικά και το πανάκι που έχει για σφουγγάρισμα.
- Δεν είναι ούτε αθόρυβη ούτε ιδιαίτερα θορυβώδης. Επίσης η ένταση της φωνής της ρυθμίζεται.
- Στο σφουγγάρισμα δεν είναι και η καλύτερη δηλαδή πρέπει να ξαναπεράσεις εσύ σε κάποια σημεία.
- Αν αλλάξετε θέση στο σταθμό φόρτισης θέλει ξανά χαρτογράφηση.
Για χαλιά δεν ξέρω ακόμα πως τα πάει, θα επανέλθω για να ενημερώσω.

So far it has turned out very good for us.
On the positive side: We have had it for about a year. It cleans and mops very well. The floor is noticeably cleaner. Personally, I also put a little cleaner in with the water and nothing has happened. It is really impressive how much dirt it picks up. It does great with carpets and the app works perfectly.
On the negative side: If you forget something like a hair tie, string, etc. on the floor, it will get tangled in the wheels and it will take time, strength, and effort to remove it. With obstacles, it has a bit of an issue, so you need to tidy up well or else it gets stuck.
It loses the rotating brush quite easily but this doesn't stop it and it does its job normally.
You need to be a bit careful if you have, for example, a chair with legs parallel to the floor (like the classic Poang from IKEA), as it tries to climb it and gets stuck.
Overall, I will give it 5 stars because we are talking about an economical series. Anyone who wants higher performance may need to go for something more expensive

Στα θεττικά Την έχουμε κοντά έναν χρόνο. Καθαρίζει και σφουγγαρίζει πολυ καλα. Το πάτωμα το αφήνει αισθητά πιο καθαρο. Εγω προσωπικά βάζω και λίγο καθαριστικό μέσα μαζι με το νερό δεν έχει πάθει τιποτα. Είναι πραγματικά εντυπωσιακό το πόσο βρώμα βγάζει. Με τα χαλιά τα πάει μια χαρά και το app λειτουργεί τέλεια.
Στα αρνητικά: Αν έχεις ξεχάσει στο πάτωμα κάποια κροδέλα, κορδόνι κτλ θα μπλεχτεί στις ρόδες και θα χρειαστεί ώρα δύναμη και κόπο να το βγάλεις
Με εμπόδια κτλ έχει ένα θεματάκι, θέλει να συμμαζέψεις καλα αλλιώς βρίσκεται σε άρνηση.
Χάνει το περιστρεφόμενο σκουπάκι αρκετά εύκολα αλλα αυτό δεν την σταματαει και κάνει την δουλειά της κανονικά.
Θέλει λίγο προσοχη αν έχετε πχ καποια καρκεκλα με πόδια παραλληα στο πάτωμα (πχ την κλασική Poang ΙΚΕΑ) προσπαθεί αν την καβαλήσει και εγκλωβίζεται.
Overall θα βάλω 5 αστέρια γιατι μιλάμε για για μια οικονομική σειρά. Όποιος θέλει υψηλότερες επιδόσεις ισως να πρέπει να παει σε κάτι πιο ακριβό
Very good, I use it every day and it picks up most of the mess. It’s just what I need, it has mapped my house (110 sq.m.) and picks up most of the dirt in about an hour and a half. Just after each cleaning, its bin needs to be cleaned and emptied so it can keep picking up well. Overall, it does a good job and has made daily cleaning much easier for me, because I can do other tasks while it cleans.
Πολύ καλό, το βάζω κάθε μέρα και μαζεύει τα πολλά. Είναι ότι πρέπει, έχει χαρτογραφήσει το σπίτι μου (110τ.μ.) και μαζεύει τα πολλά πολλά σε μιάμιση ώρα περίπου. Απλά μετά από κάθε σκούπισμα θέλει καθάρισμα κι άδειασμα ο κάδος του για να συνεχίσει να μαζεύει καλά. Σε γενικές γραμμές κάνει καλή δουλειά και μου έχει λύσει τα χέρια με το καθημερινό σκούπισμα, γιατί μπορώ και κάνω άλλες δουλειές όσο αυτό καθαρίζει.

It cleans very well, but sometimes it gets stuck... when it has trouble going somewhere, it insists and might get stuck. If you're away from home, it might get blocked. You shouldn't have too many things in the way and it struggles under dining tables and armchairs if it doesn't fit well. Other than that, I'm very satisfied. I got the same one for my mom too!!

I have had it for almost a year and I can say that I didn't expect it to do such a good job both in vacuuming and mopping. For its price, it is really worth the purchase. την έχω 1 χρόνο σχεδόν και μπορώ να πω ότι δεν περίμενα να κάνει τόση καλή δουλειά και σε σκούπισμα και σφουγγάρισμα. για τα λεφτά της πραγματικά αξίζει η αγορά. από εκεί και πέρα αν θα ξανά έπαιρνα σκούπα θα έδινα κάτι παραπάνω να αδειάζει μόνη της γιατί η αλήθεια είναι ότι κάθε φορά που θέλεις να κανει το σπίτι θα πρέπει να την έχεις καθαρίσει και υπάρχουν φορές που βιάζεσαι να φύγεις οπότε έχεις και αυτο. επίσης TIP για το σφουγγάρισμα.. πάντα απιονισμένο νερό και εγώ στο πανακι της το ψεκαζα με σπρέι καθαρισμού ώστε να καθαρίζει καλυτερα.
For its price, it's fine. When mopping, it leaves streaks and the floor looks worse than before. I didn't have another one to compare, maybe they all do this. I can't use it on carpets because if it encounters an obstacle, it has trouble going back and getting unstuck like it does on tiles, resulting in it getting stuck and I have to unblock it every 2-3 minutes. Για τα χρήματα της είναι μια χαρά. Στο σφουγγάρισμα, αφήνει γραμμές και το πάτωμα φαίνεται χειρότερο από πριν δεν είχα άλλη για να συγκρίνω, μπορεί να το κάνουν όλες. Στα χαλιά δεν μπορώ να τη χρησιμοποιήσω γιατί αν βρει εμπόδιο δυσκολεύεται να πάει πίσω και να ξεμπλοκαριστεί όπως κάνει στο πλακάκι με αποτέλεσμα να κολλάει και να πρέπει ανά 2-3 λεπτά να την ξεμπλοκάρω Για σούπισμα, καλοκαίρι είναι άψογη.
It worked for almost 8 hours and then the battery probably broke, it couldn't charge while it was on its base, which makes it non-functional. I have sent it through the warranty to an authorized service center and I am waiting. For vacuuming it is good, it keeps the house clean, for mopping it does nothing, it's not worth it, whoever wants it for mopping should get other models that have 2 rotating pads for mopping. Δούλεψε σχεδόν 8 ώρες και χάλασε μάλλον η μπαταρία ,δεν μπορούσε να φορτίσει ενώ ήταν στην βάση της,κάτι που την καθιστά μη λειτουργική.Την εχω στείλει μέσω της εγγύησης σε εξουσιοδοτημένο service και περιμένω.Για σκούπισμα είναι καλή κρατά το σπίτι καθαρό,για σφουγγάρισμα δεν κάνει τίποτα δεν αξίζει,όποιος θέλει και για σφουγγάρισμα ας πάρει άλλα μοντέλα που έχουν 2 περιστροφικά μαξιλαράκια για σφουγγάρισμα.Τωρα εάν φτιαχτεί και τριάρι αναμένω να σας δώσω update

You can't really call it smart. After 2 months it stopped mopping. It gets stuck on the same obstacles again and again. It disconnects whenever it wants and I can't remotely make it clean the area. For today's technology, it's money thrown away.

As a vacuum cleaner it's good, but honestly the app drives you crazy! I got it as a gift for my mother, I was going to get one for myself too, but I want to keep my sanity intact!

Mopping is average, it doesn't clean tough stains. The truth is I had no illusions when I bought it. I think the mopping it does is more for picking up any dust and whatever was left from vacuuming. 7/10

The vacuuming it does is very good. Of course, it does not fully replace general cleaning for us, as we have two cats and a newborn. However, for daily use to keep the house clean from hair and dust, it is very good. We have not tried mopping as it only uses water. It climbs easily on carpets without fringes, but on those with fringes it gets tangled, so we don't use it there. Also, be careful with cables and anything that it might pick up and get stuck in its brush.
Το σκούπισμα που κάνει είναι πολύ καλό. Φυσικα δεν αντικαθιστά πλήρως τη γενική για εμάς, καθώς έχουμε δύο γάτες και ένα νεογέννητο. Όμως για καθημερινή χρήση ώστε να κρατάει το σπίτι καθαρό από τρίχες και σκόνη, είναι πολύ καλή. Σφουγγάρισμα δεν έχουμε δοκιμάσει καθώς είναι μόνο με νερό. Σε χαλιά χωρίς κρόσσια ανεβαίνει με ευκολία, σε αυτά με τα κρόσσια μπλέκεται οπότε δεν τη βάζουμε. Επίσης προσοχή σε καλώδια και οτιδήποτε μπορεί να πάρει μαζί της και να κολλήσει στη βούρτσα της.
It's unbelievable but true. It does its job very well. I didn't expect my house to be so dirty. It cleans everything, even under the sofas and under the beds, and it also mops. It's incredibly good. Worth the money.
10.11.2025 today coffee spilled on the floor, I let the vacuum mop, not even a stain was left. I tried it on the carpets too, it collected so much dust I didn't expect, even though the carpets were clean.
Είναι απίστευτο αλλά πραγματικότητα. Κάνει πολύ καλά την δουλειά της. δεν περίμενα από σπίτι μου πος ήτανε τόσο βρώμικο. κατάρριζε όλα και κάτω από το καναπεδες και κάτω από τα κρεβάτια και σφουλγαρίσμα κιόλας. είναι απίστευτο καλό. Αξίζει τα λεφτά.
10.11.2025 σήμερα χύθηκε καφέ στο πάτωμα, άφησε την σκούπα να σφουγγαρίσαι, δεν έμενε ούτε λεκέ. Δοκίμασε και στα χαλιά είχε μαζέψει τόσο σκόνη που δεν το περίμενα, παρόλο που χαλιά ήτανε κατερισμένα.

The vacuum is excellent in every aspect, I have it scheduled to clean the house only on working days when I am away at work. For those who have a cat, it picks up the litter that falls on the floors and does a good job removing hair from the carpet—some remain, but that's understandable. I keep it on low power so it doesn't bother the cat, but I see that even on medium there is no problem.
Only two things need my attention: every two days I empty the bin due to heavy use, and every morning I pick up the cat's toys that it might suck up and get stuck.

Η σκούπα είναι εξαιρετική από κάθε άποψη, την έχω βάλει σε πρόγραμμα να καθαρίζει το σπίτι μόνο εργάσιμες όταν λείπω στην δουλεία. Για όσους έχουν γάτα, μαζεύει την άμμο που πέφτει στα πατώματα και κάνει καλή δουλεία στο να βγάζει τις τρίχες από το χαλί, μένουν μερικές αλλά αυτό είναι λογικό. Την έχω στην χαμηλή ένταση για να μην ενοχλεί τον γάτο αλλά βλέπω ότι και στην μέτρια δεν υπάρχει θέμα.
Δύο πράγματα μόνο θέλουν την προσοχή μου, κάθε 2 μέρες της αδειάζω τον κάδο λόγο βαριάς χρίσης και κάθε πρωί μαζεύω τα παιχνίδια της γάτας που μπορεί να τα ρουφήξει και να κολλήσει.
After 5 months of use, twice a week on floors without carpets, I have to say that the product is value for money.
It vacuums unexpectedly well and leaves nothing behind, even in the corners. (Of course, it depends on the layout of each house and the furniture) I only lift chairs and the coffee table before each use, making the process easier for faster results and to avoid obstacles that could harm the machine. (On furniture with legs and large gaps between them, it rotates around the legs and leaves nothing behind).
As for mopping, since it doesn't allow for cleaning detergent but only water, it works excellently as a supplement to vacuuming because it uses microfiber cloth, so you will never see dust if you use it in combination. For extra fragrance and shine, it's better to also do a regular mop as a supplement.
For a bachelor and not only, it is the best choice for basic home cleaning.
Έπειτα από 5 μήνες χρήση, δύο φορές την εβδομάδα σε πάτωμα χωρίς χαλιά έχω να πω ότι το προϊόν είναι value for money.
Σκουπίζει ανέλπιστα καλά και δεν αφήνει τίποτα ακόμα και στις γωνίες. (Φυσικά εξαρτάται η διαρρύθμιση του κάθε σπιτιού και της επίπλωσης) εγώ σηκώνω μόνο καρέκλες και τραπεζάκι πριν την κάθε χρήση και έτσι διευκολύνω την διαδικασία για πιο γρήγορα αποτελέσματα αλλά και για την αποφυγή εμποδίων που μπορεί να στοιχίσουν στο μηχάνημα. (Σε έπιπλα με πόδια και μεγάλα κενά μεταξύ τους περιστρέφεται γύρω από τα πόδια και δεν αφήνει τίποτα).
Για το σφουγγάρισμα και επειδή δεν επιδέχεται καθαριστικό αλλά μόνο νερό, λειτουργεί άριστα επικουρικά στο σκούπισμα λόγω ότι χρησιμοποιείται ύφασμα με μικροΐνες και έτσι δεν θα δεις σκόνη ποτέ αν το δουλέψεις συνδυαστικά. Για έξτρα άρωμα και γυαλάδα καλύτερα να κάνεις επικουρικά ένα κανονικό σφουγγάρισμα.
Για έναν εργένη και όχι μόνο είναι η καλύτερη επιλογή για την βασική καθαριότητα του σπιτιού.

Guys, the first few days require patience. I used it 3-4 times at first to see if it works, and after that, using it every other day does a decent job. Obviously, it's not mopping, it just goes over with water. You can do a round yourself first and then use it afterwards.
Παιδιά, τις πρώτες μέρες χρειάζεται υπομονή. Εγω την έβαλα 3-4 φορές στην αρχή για να πω ότι κάνει δουλειά, απ εκεί και πέρα με χρήση μέρα παρά μέρα κάνει συμπαθητική δουλειά. Σφουγγάρισμα προφανώς όχι, ένα πέρασμα κάνει με νερό. Μπορείτε να κάνετε εσείς πρώτα ένα χέρι και να την βάλετε μετά.
The vacuum cleaner is excellent! When I ordered it, I didn't expect it to do such a good job! It goes through all the spots, gets under beds, tables, and chairs if it fits. For mopping, it doesn't perform miracles, it just freshens up with the water you add! You shouldn't leave anything on the floor so it doesn't block the vacuum. In my case, I had dropped my headphones on the floor without noticing, and the vacuum passed over them and tore them up, but that was my own fault.
Η σκούπα είναι άψογη! Οταν την παράγγειλα δεν περίμενα να κάνει τέτοια δουλειά! Περνάει από όλα τα σημεία, μπαίνει κάτω από κρεβάτια, τραπέζια και καρέκλες αν χωράει. Στο σφουγγάρισμα δεν κάνει θαύματα, κάνει απλά ένα φρεσκάρισμα με το νερό που προσθέτεις! Στο πάτωμα δεν πρέπει να αφήνεις κάτι για να μην εμποδίζει την σκούπα. Στην δικιά μου περίπτωση είχα ρίξει τα ακουστικά μου στο πάτωμα χωρίς να το δω και πέρασε η σκούπα και τα ξέσκισε, αλλά ήταν δικό μου λάθος .
Amazing vacuum cleaner, for mopping you need to turn on the professional mode and it does a better job but don’t expect anything incredible, for mopping go for a higher model, but as a vacuum, it’s perfect.

Edit: Everything went well with the warranty, the S/N is supported (thankfully) by InfoQuest even though it wasn’t distributed by them and the purchase box said "Only For Sale in Poland". I delivered the vacuum to InfoQuest and in 1 week they sent it back to my place at their own expense, repaired, and in the end, the main board & fan & battery were replaced... apparently only the battery needed changing, everything else worked fine but they were probably replaced as a precaution, anyway it works perfectly just like before it suddenly stopped working.
**So 5/5**, if it breaks again I’ll come back and give it a 1 though, whether it’s under warranty or not.
Let’s see if Xiaomi fixed the problem that was excellently resolved by InfoQuest and if indeed new hardware v2 was installed, without defects.
In any case, always ask for the S/N before purchasing and then contact InfoQuest, the battery as well as the whole vacuum have a 2-year warranty by law and by Xiaomi’s policy, because in my case the receipt said the battery warranty is valid for 6 months, something unreasonable and not only that, I would say, InfoQuest itself denied it, it’s just that the seller/store wanted to make sure they were covered in case InfoQuest didn’t cover the vacuum’s S/N, and I say supposedly, because whether it says that or not, consumer rights do not change no matter what they tell you.

Φοβερή σκούπα, για σφουγγάρισμα πρέπει να ανοίξεις την λειτουργία professional και κάνει καλύτερη δουλειά αλλά μην περίμενε τίποτα τρομερό, για σφουγγάρισμα πάτε σε παραπάνω μοντέλο, αλλά σαν σκούπα, είναι άψογη.

**Άρα 5/5** , αν χαλάσει πάλι θα επιστρέψω και θα βάλω 1 όμως είτε είναι σε εγγύηση είτε όχι.
Για να δούμε εάν η Xiaomi έφτιαξε το πρόβλημα που επιλύθηκε άριστα από την InfoQuest και εάν όντως μπήκε νέο hardware v2, χωρίς ελαττώματα.
Όπως και να έχει να ρωτάτε πριν την αγορά το S/N και έπειτα επικοινωνία με InfoQuest, η μπαταρία όπως και η σκούπα ολόκληρη έχουν εγγύηση 2 χρόνια βάση νόμου αλλά και βάση πολιτικής της Xiaomi, γιατί στην δική μου περίπτωση στην απόδειξη έγραφε ότι ισχύει για 6 μήνες η εγγύηση στην μπαταρία, κάτι δηλαδή παράλογο και όχι μονο θα έλεγα εγώ, η ίδια η InfoQuest το διέψευσε, απλά ήθελε ο πωλητής/κατάστημα να διασφαλίσει και καλά ότι θα είναι καλυμμένος σε περίπτωση που η InfoQuest δεν καλύπτει το S/N της σκούπας, και λέω και καλά, γιατί είτε γράφει κάτι τέτοιο είτε όχι τα δικαιώματα του καταναλωτή δεν αλλάζουν ότι κι αν σας πουν.
Καλες και έξυπνες αγορές σε όλους!!
It was given to me as a gift and I am very satisfied. You need to spend a little time at first with mapping and figuring out which areas it can go to or not. After that, you program when it will vacuum and mop, and you let it do its thing on its own.
- You can access it from the app and make it clean while you are somewhere else, e.g., while you are at work.
- Its maintenance/cleaning is easy. Just remember to regularly wash the cloth it uses for mopping.
- It is neither silent nor particularly noisy. Also, its voice volume can be adjusted.
- When it comes to mopping, it's not the best, meaning you may need to go over some spots yourself again.
- If you change the location of the charging station, it needs to remap again.
I don't know yet how it does with carpets, I will come back to update.
Μου την έφεραν δώρο και είμαι πολύ ικανοποιημένος. Πρέπει να ασχοληθείς λίγο στην αρχή με τη χαρτογράφηση και σε ποιους χώρους μπορεί να πάει ή όχι. Από εκεί και πέρα την προγραμματίζεις ποτέ θα σκουπίσει και θα σφουγγαρίσει και την αφήνεις να κάνει παιχνίδι μόνη της.
- Μπορείς να μπεις από την εφαρμογή και να την βάλεις να καθαρίσει όσο είσαι κάπου αλλού πχ όσο είσαι στη δουλειά.
- Η συντήρηση / καθαριότητα της είναι εύκολη. Μόνο να θυμηθείτε να πλένετε τακτικά και το πανάκι που έχει για σφουγγάρισμα.
- Δεν είναι ούτε αθόρυβη ούτε ιδιαίτερα θορυβώδης. Επίσης η ένταση της φωνής της ρυθμίζεται.
- Στο σφουγγάρισμα δεν είναι και η καλύτερη δηλαδή πρέπει να ξαναπεράσεις εσύ σε κάποια σημεία.
- Αν αλλάξετε θέση στο σταθμό φόρτισης θέλει ξανά χαρτογράφηση.
Για χαλιά δεν ξέρω ακόμα πως τα πάει, θα επανέλθω για να ενημερώσω.

For a year now, only vacuuming: it picks up most of the dirt, but it does not replace regular vacuuming if you want the house to be clean. Good mapping, but in 80 sq.m if you want it to work on turbo - maybe it does something better - the battery is not enough.
