How to Use & Measure:

• Before Measurement: Check that the metal column is below the 36°C mark. If not, hold the thermometer by its upper end and shake it firmly with sharp downward wrist movements.
• Underarm Measurement: Place the tip in the armpit, ensuring full contact with the skin, and keep the arm closed for approximately 4–5 minutes.
• Oral / Rectal Measurement: Place under the tongue or in the rectum, respectively, for 3–4 minutes.

• Disinfect the glass body before and after each measurement using cotton soaked in rubbing alcohol or a mild antiseptic solution at room temperature (never wash it with hot water).
