favorite protein. it gives you bulk, weight but not excess, it keeps you at what you have. if you don't eat, you don't gain. it gives a nice pump to the muscles. and recovery after the gym. combined with creatine it's a top combination, you don't need anything else. it dissolves easily, I do it with a coffee mixer because I'm lazy, yes I shake it with the shaker. minimal gas after the workout, you might have sometimes... but they stink, let me tell you. badger. that's it!
Very good quality.
Very good solubility and does not clump. Does not foam in the shaker.
Very good taste (the chocolate flavor I tried) is very tasty. It is not very sweet and not particularly aromatic. It is very easy to drink with water (it contains pieces that can be annoying if there is not enough water) reminiscent of a milkshake.
Its characteristics are very good, very complete.
The distributing company is the reputable Biotech USA. VFM
VFM

I will prefer it again.

The best in formula especially if you have an issue with lactose, and full of extras
With the vanilla flavor being soluble and taste is terrible.... I mean, it's just awful.
The best by far
