I think the price is a bit high but you know you're getting The North Face so it's all good, the quality is top as with all The North Face products

Comfortable back and straps, not convenient at all for the items. The main zipper doesn't open enough. You have to dig to find something at the bottom of the backpack. The front pocket is the worst. You put in two things and the whole bag falls forward. Aside from the comfort on the back, it's not worth it.

Very strong bag, the only issue for me is that the front part is not convenient if you load it with a lot of things, it becomes frustrating.

Very good bag overall, but definitely not worth this price.
Beautiful, good quality, relatively good capacity, relatively comfortable, few pockets.

Positive:
The material of the backpack's back, as well as the shoulder straps. It is such a material that will not damage your clothes. It is also the reason why I chose this specific backpack.
It is very comfortable.
The width of the shoulder straps and the placement of their plastic parts do not hinder arm movement while walking.
There is a way to tidy up the small strap that locks in front of the chest.
It has a laptop compartment.
The zippers are very good.

Negative:
Cost.
It screams North Face (not discreet).
It does not have many pockets: 2 bottle pockets on the sides, 1 large one, inside of which is the laptop compartment, and 1 smaller one, where you will find 2 small mesh pockets, and another small pocket with a zipper. Also, 2 pen pockets.
There is no way to tidy up the length adjustment straps.

I would buy it again just because it doesn't ruin my shirts

Quite a quality backpack with a large capacity. I use it daily to carry my laptop (which doesn't fit in the laptop compartment of the bag). In the small compartment, it has plenty of pockets that are convenient for various uses, such as storing keys, pens, etc.

I have also used it for hiking... the external cords for hanging things were incredibly convenient.

I highly recommend it without hesitation!!!

5 stars because it really fits everything someone will need for their everyday tasks. I have had it for 2 years and I use it so much that I wonder how the seams on the zipper haven't shown yet! It would be an excellent choice for a 5-star rating!
