Very good, it has three fixed speeds for all tastes, and a fourth where the RPMs can be adjusted from very low to max, in case you're afraid you'll catch a chill with the constant airflow. Quality, nice, stable no matter how you rotate it. I put it on the bedside table and it blows down on me when I sleep. It is not mains-powered, it takes a USB Type-C input, and it comes with a 1m USB Type-C to Type-A male cable, so you plug it into your own charger or computer; it doesn't have a power adapter. I respect SAVIO, they make cheap things, but not cheaply made. I got it for €13.5.
It only has one issue with the higher speeds: if there is a slope on the surface where you have it, it moves from the vibrations. You can put a thin book under the base to give it more weight.
EDIT after days of use:
I am impressed, because I didn't know it has a battery and charges too, and it runs on the low speed for 4 hours; I read that on the box after days. The low speed is very satisfactory; if you set it higher, it will last less. I now take it out to the table on the veranda too. And I'll be taking it all summer wherever I go, to the café or the beach; at most I'll have the power bank with me too, and I won't stress about it, literally! It also has an operation LED next to the charging port.

It will be a lifesaver during the power outages from the PPC due to grid overload because of the air conditioners....
With the 5W it consumes, it works comfortably even with a portable solar panel!

Είμαι εντυπωσιασμένος, διότι δεν ήξερα ότι έχει μπαταρία και φορτίζει κιόλας, και λειτουργεί στη χαμηλή σκάλα 4 ώρες, το διάβασα πάνω στο κουτί μετά από μέρες. Η χαμηλή σκάλα είναι πολύ ικανοποιητική, αν το βάλετε σε μεγαλύτερη θα κρατάει λιγότερο. Το βγάζω πλέον και στο τραπέζι στη βεράντα. Και θα το παίρνω και όλο το καλοκαίρι όπου και αν πάω, στη καφετέρια ή στη παραλία, το πολύ πολύ να έχω και το powerbank μαζί μου, και δεν θα κάτσω να σκάσω, στη κυριολεξία! Έχει και Led λειτουργίας δίπλα στη θύρα φόρτισης.
