The Lindy 38355 HDMI splitter and extender is an HDBaseT KVM and data device that extends an HDMI signal to up to 4 HDBaseT receivers over Cat.6 or higher-grade cables, across distances of up to 100 m. It supports resolutions up to 4K at 60 Hz with HDR, as well as 1080p. It is designed for professional audiovisual and digital signage applications, such as educational facilities, retail stores, events and conference rooms.

It supports digital and analog audio de-embedding, as well as the transmission or control of IR and RS-232 signals. EDID management lets you select different EDID modes, while the HDMI loop-out lets you connect a local display for monitoring or to create an additional viewing zone. PoC (Power over Cable) can be enabled or disabled and supplies power along with data over a Cat.6 network cable when used with a compatible HDBaseT receiver.
