Very good, very clear image even from a distance, if you are looking for a monocular this is just right, sturdy thing, definitely not pocket-sized, a bit bigger. I haven't tried yet to see stars with a tripod (it includes a small one as well as a special tool to connect it to your phone to take pictures from long distances) to see how they look.
