The European Medicines Agency (EMA) and the Committee on Herbal Medicinal Products (HMPC) have approved the use of St John's Wort as a traditional herbal short-term aid for the symptoms of mild mood disorders and for the relief of temporary mental exhaustion.

Dosage

1 tablet daily. 

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

St John's Wort (provided by 333mg of a 4:1 extract) 2498 mg

Providing Hypericin 100 mcg

Tablet ingredients: Standardized St John's Wort Extract, Calcium Carbonate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Colours: Titanium Dioxide and Iron Oxide, Glycerol), Croscarmellose Sodium, Anti-caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide & Magnesium Stearate), Stearic Acid.
