Rack for a sliding garage door motor, with module 4, metal (galvanized). Available in 1-meter pieces (1005 mm). Cross-section: 10x30 mm. Includes 3 spacers per piece. Installed by welding.

The rack has a length of 1005 mm with 80 teeth. Each piece includes 3 metal spacers for securing it. The body and spacers are hot-dip galvanized for greater resistance to rust.

Installation is done by welding the spacers to the door leaf. The mounting holes are elongated for adjusting the rack up and down. Start with the spacer tightened in the center of the hole.

During installation, ensure that the rack does not touch the gear, maintaining a small gap necessary for proper operation.

It is important:

• The sections of the rack should not be welded together.
• The pitch of the rack must be maintained when transitioning from one section to another.

After completing the installation, check the proper operation by moving the door by hand and observing its smooth motion.
