A YAMAHA keyboard for less than €170 is a good option for someone who is learning, for use in a school, simple accompaniment, fun, etc. Since the 1990s until now, this is the third YAMAHA of the PSR series that I have bought, and certainly today, with less money, you get much better quality than in the past.
The keyboard has a smart key construction, they don't make that annoying plastic noise, they are touch-sensitive, which can even be adjusted, it has many sounds, several of which are very good for their price, and it has quite a few effects. Nothing essential is missing except, of course, the Pitch Wheel and Mod Wheel.
However, even at this price, you can play almost anywhere, the sounds are very decent, and the volume and performance of the speakers are generally very good.
If I were to mention a flaw, I saw one: if you choose to play in DUAL, set both sounds to maximum, and select the boost effect, the speakers can't handle it and rattle a bit. Of course, we're talking about extreme settings, but it should be able to handle them since it allows you to select them.
Overall, I am very satisfied, I did not expect to buy something so good for this money. The 5 stars are because it is good for its price and I did not feel deceived into buying something that is not worth it.
What I would not recommend is the Stagg Sustain Pedal for €13.5. I was surprised by the price since the YAMAHA one costs €40, but in the end, it was not that good. You can press it with your whole foot and it may not work, only if you turn it diagonally and aim and press it on its left corner.
On the other hand, I wonder if I just got a defective one. I don't know.
