The price is of course a little steep --- but....when I add up all the money I've spent throughout the past 5 years buying NEW Bodum's because they're "glass" and the end up breaking every time --- and trust me, they cost a pretty penny as well, despite the fact that they're glass ( and Ive ended up spending over 250 Euro buying new ones during the past 5 years! ); it's better to buy a STAINLESS STEEL one ( which is nice + shiny ) just ONE time, and never be afraid that it will break, pay the price + have it for the next 20+ years without ever having to worry its gonna break!
