The lamp works flawlessly. The only drawback so far is that in the event of a power outage, when the power is restored, it turns on by itself without having received any command.

Color and intensity are relative for everyone so I can't be objective. The fit is good and the connection is easy. It does exactly what it says. I've had it for 3-4 years and nothing has happened to it. 4/5 because sometimes it loses signal and you have to reconnect it (this happens to me 3-4 times a year).

I have had them in my possession for 2 days now. Although it is very early to write a review, I will just say two things and will update if I notice anything else.
a) The one good thing I saw is that they connected immediately and respond instantly.
b) The one bad thing (for me personally) is that I own five or six previous models (LB110, KL50) which work with the Kasa app. However, this model is not compatible with that app, so it needs the Tapo app. There isn’t one app that is compatible with all the bulbs. I can group them in Google Home but still, it’s a pain, because it requires a whole process. I have to add them to the Tapo app, import them into Google Home, put each one in a separate "room" and then add them to favorites per room so I can turn them on/off from there without having to open each app one by one, and I will do it, necessarily, but honestly, I would rather break rocks for a week.

Excellent, you can adjust the brightness from 1% to 100%, nice warm color, and the app for creating automations is great, for example, to turn on at sunset, turn off at sunrise, etc

Good product, the only thing is you can't adjust the brightness from the adjustable wall switch. You can only do on/off from the dimmable wall switch. That is, you can only increase or decrease the brightness of the lamp from the app.

The only negative is that it disconnects from WiFi for no reason, not often, it might be my router's fault though

Compared to another no-name brand I have, it is very inferior... it is unacceptable for a smart bulb not to have the ability to change colors... only the classic yellow and dimming from the app when the previous one I had had countless options for colors... I wasted my trust in the brand... back in the box and the old one is back in its place.

The lamp works perfectly and does what it promises. Easy connection to WiFi, no disconnections so far. You can program it from your phone to turn on and off at specific times and also adjust the brightness % (it is dimmable). For example, I have it in the hallway of the rooms and I set it to automatically turn on after 11 PM when the little one is asleep at 1% so it doesn't disturb him, but there is still light at night if someone needs to get up.

The only strange thing you need to know is that the switch must be on for it to receive power and connect to WiFi. So if you forget and turn it off during the day, it loses the connection.

It connected to the network immediately, does its job properly and without issues. Incredibly convenient for spots where you want the light to turn on at specific hours.

Update: the bulb burned out after 1.5 years with an average operating time of 9 hours/day

The main reason I bought it is so that I can use it as a portable and create atmosphere. It has really helped me a lot, but if I buy it again, I will get the RGB one because there are cases, few, but there are, where I have needed cool lighting.

Easy installation. I was already using the Tapo app with the C220 camera from the same company. Through the app, I easily scheduled the light to turn on when the camera detects a person or motion. I also relatively easily scheduled the light to turn on and off with a Siri voice command. The app works excellently with the bulb and includes many customization options. I will return with comments on stability and reliability after long-term use. For now, I will probably proceed with purchasing a second bulb for the bedroom.

After using it for a month, I should add that the brightness is slightly lower than what you would expect from an 806 lm bulb, but that doesn't mean it isn't sufficient. No reliability problems so far.

Update 12/2025: After two years of use, I haven't had any reliability issues. Perfect!

While everything else I have bought from TP-Link I have forgotten because it works perfectly, these two bulbs I bought have occasionally disconnected from the network, probably randomly...

Just received 3 bulbs. The Set up was easy, especially if you have set up an access point from TP-LINK. Once I did the set up, everything went smoothly. The iOS app is great, simple, and easy, giving you many options. I have already made some settings and I want to see if it will execute them at the time I set.

Reliable product, I use them as external lights in my country house, they do what they promise without any problems. They don't disconnect even though I have placed some of them quite far away from the modem.

Flawless lamp, with easy handling through the application. The dimmer works great, as well as its programming. I use it for the entrance light inside the house, where I used to have a timer. Now the timer is not needed, as the lamp takes care of it on its own. You can program the brightness level per hour, as well as the changing time (Sunrise - Sunset based on your location).

Excellent product. Its programming is very simple. The 806lm provides very good lighting in rooms up to 12 square meters. The dimming capability is also excellent. Before using it, make sure to upgrade the firmware to reduce the chances of any malfunction.

Perfect in colors and lighting, the connection is made effortlessly through the app. Just know that in order to control the bulb through your mobile, the lights on the wall must always be on, otherwise it won't work. Highly recommend it!

Excellent experience. I have installed the bulbs outdoors, I turn them on whenever I want through the app and you can even create a smart energy program, for example, to turn on the lights after sunset and one hour later. In combination with the smart plugs, you can be away from home and no one will notice.... They connect very easily to the wifi and work smoothly. After a long power outage (15 hours), they were not "responsive" but you can reinstall them (in 2 minutes at most) and they work perfectly fine.

Perhaps the best smart product we have purchased so far. Excellent ease of use, and the brightness selection is indeed as described. It dims very well and does not flicker. Through the TAPO app, it can be controlled remotely, timers can be set, or smart scenarios can be programmed.

I placed it in a floor lamp, in the living room of the house. Very good lighting and intensity. Ideal for the use I wanted. I will buy more.
Ease of connection and use.

Excellent lamp.
The Tapo application is particularly useful and easy. You can create operating scenarios for every situation beyond the ready-made ones (sunset/sunrise on/off, etc.). Immediate connection to the home's WiFi and flawless operation for the past month.
It works with Google Assistant (tested - works perfectly) and Alexa.

It works perfectly and it also works with Alexa unlike the corresponding smart lamp from Xiaomi, which although it appears to be compatible, in reality it is NOT.

For those who are having trouble with the pairing, simply reset it. You can reset it as follows: turn off and on the lamp and it will blink 3 times. Repeat the process a total of 3 times and then it will connect normally and perform a firmware update.
