180 Hz refresh rates for exceptionally smooth, vibrant images

You play intense, competitive games. You demand a lag-free monitor with exceptionally smooth images. This monitor refreshes the screen image up to 180 times per second, significantly faster than a standard monitor. A lower frame rate can make enemies appear to jump from point to point on the screen, making them difficult targets to hit. With a frame rate of 180 Hz, you have those critical images missing from the screen, which show enemy movement in ultra-smooth motion, allowing you to easily target enemies. With ultra-low input lag and no screen tearing, this Philips monitor is your perfect gaming partner.

Low input lag

Input lag is the time delay between performing an action with connected devices and the result appearing on the screen. Low input lag reduces the time delay between inputting a command from your devices to the screen, significantly improving gameplay in twitch-sensitive video games, which is particularly important for playing fast, competitive games.

LowBlue Mode and Flicker-Free Viewing Easy on the Eyes

The LowBlue Mode function and Flicker-free technology have been developed to reduce eye strain and fatigue often caused by prolonged screen time.

  • I use it as a second monitor in portrait mode and I am very satisfied. I use a 27" 1440 curved as my main monitor in landscape mode so I haven't tried this one, nor do I intend to for gaming, but for the use I have for it, the colors and viewing angle are very good.

    I would buy it again.

It has nice colors, satisfactory brightness, more than enough contrast, sharpness adjustment – so it becomes even crisper when you go to 125% – and many profiles including sRGB mode.

    In games:
    - The OD is fine up to fast or even faster at 180fps, after that there is overshoot.
    - The sRGB mode seems to greatly improve response
[The UFOs are from video in OD - Fast].

    HDR:
I consider it usable for games that have proper tone-mapping <1000nits and on YouTube-HDR, but it doesn't really increase brightness compared to SDR.

    From 120hz and below it supports 8bit+FRC = ~~~10bit.

For a conscious purchase of a simple non-mini-led FLAT VA, it is the only way.

Excellent screen for this particular price range. Although it has weak HDR compared to other screens, with HDR off and good color calibration you achieve an excellent color palette. The refresh rate together with the image deliver a very nice final result.
However, be careful because the peculiarities that accompany VA panels also arise. This particular type of panel may not be ideal for certain uses (of course, it depends on the user's own preferences) and requires good initial calibration of colors, contrast, gamma, etc. from the monitor's menu. It will take some time but the resulting image is more than satisfying.
Finally, it would be best to connect using a display port cable to take full advantage of the monitor.

Very good panel. I wouldn't recommend using it with the stand it comes with, it's huge with silly cable management and the tilt mechanism requires two hands, otherwise you'll send the monitor to the floor... Other than that, excellent panel, very nice colors and easy on the eyes.

A "fair" monitor for its price.
Be aware of the following THREE things..
    a. Its "stand" is extremely short, it didn't bother me because I mounted it on an arm, but just know it doesn't lift. And of course, it doesn't stand vertically with this stand.
    b. Use the HDMI cable that comes with the monitor. I initially connected it with the cable I "had" and it didn't increase the resolution (to 2560). Not even with a USB-C to HDMI adapter did it increase.
    c. The monitor is native 2560. It can go up to 3840 but it is "blurry."
