    It does what it says! It turns rust into metal again, but black, not shiny of course. It's good to precede it with a little sanding, otherwise it may require 2 applications! After application and once it dries and stabilizes, you can paint it and it becomes immortal. We used it on boats after sanding and sandblasting, and then painting!
