Networked polyethylene pipe for water supply & heating black Φ18x2.5mm per meter INTERPLAST ComoPex. It can be used in: Water Supply Installations, Heating (Underfloor and Central), Air Conditioning and Industrial Applications (transporting gases, liquids, and air under pressure).

The lifespan is estimated to be over 50 years, for temperatures up to 95°C and with operating pressures from 6 to 10 bar. Thermal spikes of 110°C at 4 bar pressure do not affect Como-pex pipes, which due to their cross-linked structure return to their original shape.

Como-pex pipes are produced with or without oxygen barrier and exceed the European standard EN 12318 and the German DIN 16892/16893. The pipes with an oxygen barrier layer also comply with DIN 4726 and are suitably designed for applications in heating installations.

The outer EVOH layer prevents oxygen from penetrating the pipe and causing corrosion in the metal parts of the system.

The material is resistant to most chemicals, even at high temperatures. Chemicals that can cause degradation or rupture in common plastic pipes do not affect Como-pex.
