Description

The valve spacer aerochamber plus flow-vu anti-static is the only spacer with an inhalation indicator. It is ideal for the effective administration of medication in aerosol form.

Respiratory symptoms associated with bronchial asthma, bronchitis, or Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease are usually treated by prescribing aerosol medications which are administered through metered-dose inhalers (MDIs) or “puffers”. A metered-dose inhaler contains the medication and the propellant that delivers the drug to the lungs.

Aerosol therapies are effective because they act quickly and with minimal side effects. However, since typical metered-dose inhalers release a dose at speeds over 100 km/h, the effective delivery of the drug to the lungs can become challenging.
