Instructions for Use:

• Ensure that the water temperature is below boiling point.
• Fill the hot water bottle upright, holding it by the neck.
• Do not fill the hot water bottle more than 2/3 of its capacity and avoid pouring water in too quickly.
• Remove any trapped air by pressing the hot water bottle against a flat vertical surface, and once water appears at the opening, screw the cap tightly.
• Keep the hot water bottle away from your body when releasing the hot air.
