New Lime Green Gel/Paste Color from Fractal.

The Gel color range, Full Fill from Fractal Colors, is water-based and offers the largest available palette of colors. The gels are liquid and mix easily into creams, decorative icing, fondant, modeling paste, and flower paste. The entire range is free from titanium dioxide (E171) in accordance with EU regulations.

Primary methods of use:

• Easily color all types of confectionery materials such as fondant, modeling paste, flower paste, marzipan, royal icing, and other masses.
• Mix the color with powdered color for hand painting.
• Add a few drops to your paste or cream and stir or knead it.
• Not recommended for oil/fat-based materials.

Ingredients: Glycerol E422, Propylene Glycol E1520, Colorants: Quinoline E104*, Gelling Agent: Silicon Dioxide E551, Colorants: Brilliant Blue FCF E133.

Average shelf life: 3 years from production. Storage: Protect from light. Contains: 30g.

Maximum dosage:

• For fillings: 0.81 g/kg.
• Externally for decorations, coatings: 0.81 g/kg.

Each color has its own legal usage limits per kilo of ready mixture. Observe these values per color.
