Instructions for use: Heat the pillow in the oven at 110 degrees for up to 5 minutes, in the microwave at 300W for about 1 minute, or on a radiator or stove as long as deemed necessary. Immediately after heating, shake the pillow to evenly distribute the heat. Moisture may appear on the surface during the first heating, but it will disappear later. Allow the pillow to cool completely before reheating.
