We use it more in the summer when we feel, especially after the gym or working in the garden, that we are exhausted and it immediately gives us energy. We also give it to my mother-in-law who is 95 and it helps her daily.

Very good electrolytes. They may be more expensive than average but you get what you pay for. Other cheaper effervescent ones do not dissolve well, leave residue, and have a bad taste. With these, I feel an immediate boost and a difference in my energy, and I find them an excellent idea for summer, energy, and hydration 2 in 1. The taste is literally like a mild lemonade.

I started it coming from the simple one of the same company because I stopped coffee (3+ coffees a day) and its effect was noticeable, especially in the morning. The taste is not the best. I will definitely buy it again

On the positive side, they do not contain glucose but rather what someone needs if they are exercising intensely either at work or during workouts. Ingredients: Na, K, Cl, for dehydration and vitamins B6, B9, B12, Vitamin C, and a little Caffeine. They are among the healthiest electrolytes (I can feel it in my body since I have tried others). On the negative side, I only find the taste, which is simply a matter of preference. That is, whether you like lemonade or not. On the other hand, it quenches my thirst more during workouts when my mouth gets dry, compared to other electrolytes, so for me, the taste isn't that negative. I don't consider the price a negative because not only do you get what you pay for, but here we are talking about a product that you need for your health, so cheap solutions will contain sugar (glucose), with all that implies for your health and teeth. Definitely my favorite electrolytes!

Unlike another one from the same company, it is very good and I will buy it again. The purpose of using it was to replace my morning coffee at work so that I wouldn't feel drowsy (when I was whitening my teeth!) and at the same time to stay hydrated in light of my diet!!!
