So, to get the most reliable measurements possible, use the A3 measurement function (long press of the start button) with which the device measures 3 times at one-minute intervals and automatically shows you the average. That's how I ended up measuring and many times I also check with a second blood pressure monitor and the deviation is negligible. Good measurements and health to everyone!
P.S. The only reason I give 4 stars is because there are much more expensive devices that I believe have more functions. Otherwise, the device is very good.

Εγώ έτσι κατέληξα να μετράω και πολλές φορές τσεκάρω και με δεύτερο πιεσόμετρο και η απόκλιση είναι αμελητέα. Καλές μετρήσεις και Υγεία σε όλους!
