Users generally appreciate the ease of use and the large, easy-to-read buttons, especially for older people. The clear display and convenient charging base are also praised. However, several users point out problems with battery life, and there are complaints about the handset’s quality, as well as occasional display malfunctions or loss of network connection.

50 euros at a branded store. I got it for my elderly mother. She previously had an Alcatel, also with a flip cover, which would break down every 2 years. This one is much better, bigger, better screen. It also has an external screen that shows the time and who is calling you. Very good!
P.S. After 3 months the screen burned out!!! It was repaired under warranty after 15 days of waiting. From what I was informed, they have this problem.
The most beautiful simple mobile phone on the market in recent years.
Simple to use, with a large, quite good quality, and easily readable internal screen and a smaller auxiliary external screen that is quite useful.
It has a non-slip external coating for better grip, takes 2 SIM cards, has an emergency button and flashlight, features a simple camera, USB-C port, 3.5mm audio jack, takes a Micro SD card up to 128Gb, the translation of the menu into Greek is commendable and the buttons are quite large, comfortable, and easily readable, but the submenus require more searching to tailor it more to your needs.
It can be charged either directly from the USB-C port or from the charging dock included in the package, but the charging process is relatively slow and you will need to wait around 2 hours for it to fully charge.
It does not have a radio and is not capable of playing mp3s even as ringtones. (-1 star)
TCL claims that the phone can stay in standby mode for up to 265 hours (almost 11 days), but in practice, its battery lasts at most up to 4 days and that is if you do not use it at all, meaning in full standby mode. (-1 star)
Due to the lack of a radio, its inability to play mp3s, and the short battery life, I decided to return it, but if you are not bothered by frequent charging, the absence of a radio, and the inability to play mp3 music, then it is a very good choice.
Battery lasts less than 24 hours on standby without use. Unless it just happened to me. Purchase frame. Also, I can't find a way for the external screen to go into standby, so it is permanently on standby and consumes battery
