SILICATE thermal glue 1200°C 70ml

Perfect glue for all materials that operate at very high temperatures, over a thousand degrees Celsius. Resistant to exhaust gases, diluted acids, water, chemicals, and negative temperatures.

Intended for repairs, assembly, and sealing of exhaust systems, e.g., collectors and silencers in motor vehicles and constructions, as well as for damaged chamotte, metal, and ceramic pipes.

Characterized by very high adhesion and fast setting time.

Usage: The surface to be repaired must be wet, clean, and thoroughly degreased. Good surface preparation guarantees high repair efficiency.

• Clean the surface with a wire brush and remove rust.
• Wipe with sandpaper and wash with clean water.
• Apply a small amount of glue to the wet surface and spread evenly.
• In case of larger damage, apply the heat-resistant mesh to the first layer of glue.
• Leave the sealed exhaust system for several hours to harden.
• The repair process can be shortened by heating the bonding with an electric blower.
