The 8-strand DUEL Hardcore Super X8 line is made from very strong IZANAS polyethylene fibers, sourced from the Japanese company Toyobo. It features high durability and a soft texture, as well as a tight braid that makes it superior to 4-strand lines.
The precision in its construction offers excellent break resistance, softness to the touch, and high knot strength. Each fiber is woven using micro-pitch technology and undergoes special thermal treatment, ensuring they stick together.
The result is a perfectly round and robust line with zero stretch. The abrasion resistance has been improved, reaching about three times higher than other lines. The Super X8 line also undergoes special water-repellent treatment.
The water absorption has been reduced and the line drains quickly, while the handling of the line and the retention of foreign particles have been improved. This treatment reduces friction as the line passes through the guides, increasing casting distance and facilitating the winding process on the reel.
The DUEL Hardcore Super X8 is available in multicolor with 5-color markings every ten meters, and white markings every 5 meters, for easy calculation of depth and casting distance, while also facilitating tangle resolution.
