Sadly if u stop the use of this device for a long time, the battery will die and it will never charge again. That said you need to either keep it work annually after a week or two in order to keep the battery alive or you will have to embrace that you will use it for one summer period.

at low and medium speed it resonates and makes an annoying sound, at maximum you don't hear anything of course but again, like the previous model MDF16238 which had slightly stronger airflow and zero resonance, it's not the same, the switch is also of lower quality, only the design is nicer.

The battery took at least 1200mah while charging. I didn't drain it to see how much it would take but I assume that since it took that much, the battery is probably around 2000mah.
The battery plays a primary role here as it doesn't seem to isolate the battery when you plug in the charger..
It always draws from the battery and charges at the same time..
Something inside me tells me that this way the battery or the charging circuit won't last long, but we'll see in practice....

Quite noisy, and the air is not satisfactory. At the maximum setting, it operates with air equivalent to a much cheaper fan. Also annoying is that it constantly fluctuates in intensity, making it sound like a mosquito passing by your ear continuously. Not worth buying for more than 5 euros.

Overall, it is inferior to the older model mentioned in another comment here. Perhaps its most significant issue is that it does not 'maintain' its RPMs consistently regardless of the dimmer setting (unlike the older model), resulting in frequent tuning to different frequencies, which over time, and when someone is trying to concentrate in an environment without other noises, can be quite distracting.

Easy to use and powerful. The older model was slightly better. Now it takes two hands to increase/decrease the intensity or to close it. The older one seems somewhat stronger. Anyway, the new one does its job very well.

Personally, it saved me because I work in a kitchen and before this, I was melting. Very practical with a satisfactory battery, you can place it anywhere.

4 stars, however, due to the noise. In a workspace with various noises, it won't bother you much. In a home or quiet office... just forget it. It will drive you and those around you crazy.

If you find it, prefer with closed eyes the 16238.

Get the little monster with your eyes closed! Perfect for small tasks! For example, going to the toilet or fixing your hair, taking it to the kitchen for lunch... It doesn't blow strong air like a regular fan... but it does the job for small tasks, it blows air!
