YT-74624 noise-cancelling ear muffs with a mount for a helmet. The rotating adapter allows connection to helmets with a gap of at least 25 mm. It fits YATO helmets with index numbers from YT-73970 to YT-73975 (gap of 29 mm) and VOREL helmets with index numbers from 74190 to 74195 (gap of 31 mm).
