Made from high-quality ECCS steel, 0.60 mm thick. Coated with a scratch-resistant, non-stick Whitford Scandia coating, 8-10 μm thick. Cakes baked in this will cook evenly, and thanks to the non-stick coating, they come out of the pan easily. It is perfect for baking various types of cakes. The mold can be used up to a maximum temperature of 230°C.
