The MX Cleaner dissolves old and very dry thermal paste, such as MX-2 or MX-4, so that it can be collected and removed easily with a cloth. The thermal paste does not stain the processor, but peels cleanly from the surface and is removed. Even stubborn marks and residues from thermal conductive pads can be reliably removed.
