The NiteCore NU45 headlamp uses UHE LEDs and delivers a maximum brightness of 1,700 lm. The optical sensor automatically reduces brightness when it detects an obstacle in front of the lamp, while the headband detaches from the mount.

The built-in rechargeable 18650 lithium-ion battery has a capacity of 4,000 mAh and charges via USB-C. The optical lens system provides even illumination, while four indicator lights show the remaining battery charge. The front housing is made of aluminium alloy and the rear housing of polycarbonate.
