The macros it already has are more than enough so I consider it almost plug n play. What I added was a plug-in to see CPU/GPU usage and I made a tab for quick culling in Lightroom. You set it up once and you're done.
Why I bought it:
1) Because Corsair can't make keyboards where the volume rocker doesn't break every 6 months and I got tired of sending it back where it came from
2) because it really helps my productivity in editing.
What I didn't like:
1) short cable. The tower is on the right, I want it on my left so I got a Type C extension to be able to have it where I want.
2) I would also like a USB-C to Type A dongle because keyboards with a pass-through port where it could be plugged in usually have a USB Type A port (Corsair k70 mk2). Ugreen makes cheap ones so that's fine too
2) that it doesn't have memory to store profiles inside it. So when I plugged it into the MAC I just needed to load the profiles I had made on my desktop PC into the MAC elgato app.
Other than that, it's a very useful tool and I don't consider it money wasted. Depending on your needs, there are much more expensive ones.

1) μικρό καλώδιο. Ο πύργος είναι δεξία, εγώ το θέλω στα αριστερά μου οπότε πήρα Type C extension για να μπορέσω να το έχω εκεί που θέλω.

I bought it for testing, without having any experience with streaming and such. I use it daily as an additional aid in my work. It's amazing that with Citrix open (I work from home remotely) I can, for example, control the music playing from my PC without having to switch windows and minimize RDC to stop, change songs, mute, or stop. Also, you can have different tabs, one for music, another for MS Teams, another for program shortcuts, and even fully custom keys! Just an awesome assistant!!!!
