    It is an excellent product, many functions, very healthy food.
    Ideal for most Greek dishes, lentils, green beans, chickpeas, bean soup, etc.
    Indicatively: Broccoli and wild greens in 2-4 minutes (after starting, it needs a few minutes to preheat) steamed. Basmati rice in 5 minutes, minced meat for spaghetti and stews in half the time, potatoes for puree, meatball soup, stuffed cabbage rolls, etc.
    I honestly wonder how these pressure cooker devices haven't gone viral in Greece, the food is ready in a flash and most importantly, you don't make a mess, the kitchen needs minimal cleaning afterwards!

    TIP: Never put the pot in the dishwasher even if they say it is dishwasher safe.
    The coating (even though it seems very durable), after a few washes will be gone. This applies to all devices with non-stick coating without exception.
