Laser motion sensor.
The DRL-12 is a laser distance sensor designed for controlling lighting in corridors and staircases.
- Precise detection range adjustment from 0.1 to 2m.
- Instant charging up to 50W/12V DC.
- Compatible with AS-225 controllers.
- Built-in brightness sensor.
The operation of the laser distance sensor is based on emitting a light beam and measuring the delay of the light returning due to reflection from an obstacle. This allows for the precise determination of the object's distance. This distance is then compared with the set detection range. If something is detected within a distance less than the set value, the light is activated. This solution works excellently for activating lighting circuits, for example, on open staircases, where it is important for the sensor to detect presence only on the stairs and ignore the rest.
