The handle filter oxidized very quickly because it's made from poor quality material, I even put it in the dishwasher for better cleaning and the supposedly inox came out black! I don't like the stinginess that they have a handle with a filter for up to 2 coffees instead of 4 like I had in my previous Delonghi machine and that even with the single and double coffee it produces a small quantity. As for the cold cappuccino option, I don't use it because it doesn't stop automatically and you have to be there to turn it off otherwise it will drain all the water from the jug! As for the milk froth it makes, it's nothing to write home about...

    The machine is very good, the only thing I would like different is for the double dose filter to hold more coffee because it barely fits 16 grams. Also, the buttons for 1 and 2 cups of coffee, one cup produces 60 ml of water and two cups produce 90 ml; personally, I would like to be able to adjust it to dispense as much water as I want.     Now let's talk about the experience... The machine is very slow. There is no option for manual extraction duration. The ColdBrew is a joke marketing trick... I only use it for cleaning the machine.

    I think it was a bit overrated so 2 stars to set things straight. The handle filter oxidized very quickly because it's made from poor quality material, I even put it in the dishwasher for better cleaning and the supposedly inox came out black! I don't like the stinginess that they have a handle with a filter for up to 2 coffees instead of 4 like I had in my previous Delonghi machine and that even with the single and double coffee it produces a small quantity. As for the cold cappuccino option, I don't use it because it doesn't stop automatically and you have to be there to turn it off otherwise it will drain all the water from the jug! As for the milk froth it makes, it's nothing to write home about...

    It is a very good coffee maker. I have had it for about a month and it makes very good foam. Sometimes a little water stays in the place where I put the coffee, but it's not a problem. I haven't used the part for cold coffee yet. Overall, compared to other coffee makers I have had, it is the best.
