Okay, one of the best books I've read about relationships (and I've read many!). It has a holistic approach, excellently framed and tailored to current concerns and situations. It includes very practical exercises that helped me see things differently and calm the monster inside me when it tries to create a fuss over nothing.
It made me smile how many references she makes to her own name in the book in the context of her clients asking her questions like "Ms. Lautari, I can't understand." which is a nice marketing trick to remember her name, but it fits with the whole!
For the well-read, it has nice reminders. For newcomers in the field of relationships, it will open your eyes and heart...and perhaps save your relationship. I would say this book is an essential ally for all of us! I've already gifted it to a friend and bought another for my library. Hugs!

Για διαβασμένους, έχει ωραίες υπενθυμίσεις. Για τους κανουργιους στο πεδίο των σχέσεων, θα σας ανοίξει τα μάτια και την καρδιά...και ίσως σώσει τη σχέση σας. θα έλεγα πως αυτό το βιβλίο είναι απαραίτητος σύμμαχος για όλους μας! το έχω ήδη δωρίσει σε μια φίλη και αγόρασα και άλλο για την βιβλιοθήκη μου.
