Tsikoudia is the traditional Cretan distillate that accompanies every social event, big or small.

The ancient method of distilling pomace after fermentation is applied at the monastery every year after the harvest. The monastery invested in a new distillery and a new bottling line for the production of traditional Tsikoudia.

For this noble distillate, grapes from old local varieties are collected, which ferment at low temperatures to preserve the aromas.

It is offered as an aperitif, digestive, or welcoming drink and is served chilled.
