  • Once ready, gently tap the glitter onto the uncured layer of Dry Top with a cotton ball or with a gloved finger.
  • Cure under a UV lamp for about 2 minutes or under an LED lamp for about 30 seconds.
  • For a smooth texture, cover the glitter with a top coat.
