  • Do not use the dishwasher.
  • Before first use, clean it with warm water (65°C) and liquid soap, then rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
  • After each use, always clean with water and soap, rinse well, and dry to prevent the wood from staying wet for a long time.
  • After rinsing, place it upright and store only when completely dry.
  • Regularly apply olive oil for better care. Rub it in and leave it overnight to be absorbed.
  • Vinegar naturally disinfects the wood.
  • For frequent sterilization, we recommend placing the wood at 65°C for a few minutes (e.g., in the oven's hot air).
