The straw at the top that the child sucks on is stable, it doesn't come out and is not easy to clean. It collects dirt. Also, if the child chews it and makes a hole and you cut it at the top, then it's not easy for the child to suck. It's not a straw that you can replace entirely. I don't know if it has spare parts. It didn't work for us anyway.
