HydroProtein 80 is produced using CFM (cross-flow microfiltration) & ultra-filtration technology (ultrafiltration membrane), which ensure that the whey protein remains intact and pure, while almost all fats, carbohydrates, and other non-protein elements contained in milk are removed.
Then, during the production process, enzymes of microbial origin are added, which through hydrolysis, cause a reduction in lactose, resulting in a Whey protein that is Lactose Free (lactose < 0.05%) and contains almost zero fats and sugars.
Whey Better Lactose Free is a superfood of high biological value, which contains all the essential amino acids.
